Design Services

PFL Offer a full design service including the supply of both 2D and 3D drawings in CAD or PDF dependent on your requirements.


Installation Process


We offer a full installation service. Dependent on size and complexity of the project, Playground Facilities follows the following process...

Pre-Installation Meeting

To run through the location of the installation and to ensure that the customer’s expectations are being met. This meeting will include walking the site and a design/quotation review. 

Health & Safety

Safety File sent to customer (containing Method Statement/Risk Assessment/COSHH Assessments/Insurance documents as a minimum).

Team arrive on site and the Team Leader will carry out a safety induction and safety review the Installation Area. 

On-Site Installation

The equipment and safety surfacing etc are installed to specification.

Quality Assurance

Playground Facilities will Quality Check the installation. 

The completed works will be offered to the customer for inspection, any remedial works carried out and the area signed off.

Maintenance & Repairs

Maintenance Options

We can offer Planned and Reactive Maintenance services as well as 48 hour Emergency Call Outs.

Planned Maintenance

Involving regular inspections to an agreed timescale (monthly, quarterly or as the customer requires). We will attend the site and carry out a thorough visual inspection. Any works required, to an agreed value, will be undertaken. Any safety repairs will be carried out at the time of the visit. Any works outside the scope of the inspection will be recorded and a quote returned to the customer with a risk level indicated.

Reactive Maintenance

We can respond to any urgent call outs immediately. Generally getting an operative to site in an hour to carry out emergency repairs/making safe.

Emergency Call Out

We can offer a 48 hour call-out for less urgent repairs/maintenance where standard parts are required.

For less urgent repairs the timescale will be determined by the availability of parts. We will always look to source from the quickest supplier.
